If you book a trip and end up coming back to dock before the amount of time you booked you will still be charged for the trip that you booked. For instance, If you booked a 6 hour and someone gets sick and you return to the dock in 4 hours then you will still be charged for a 6 hour trip. The reason for this is because you have kept us from booking other trips because we guaranteed you this time frame when you booked the trip. If the trip is ended before the time booked due to unsafe weather conditions or any other reason the captain sees necessary then your time paid for will be negotiated and refund may be given for hours not fished.

Sunset Cruise or Harbor tour/Dolphin tour 1 HOUR-$225.00

gets sick and you return to the dock in 3 hours then you will still be charged for a 4 hour trip. The
reason for this is because you have kept us from booking other trips because we guaranteed you
this time frame when you booked the trip. If the trip is ended before the time booked due to unsafe
weather conditions or any other reason the captain sees necessary then your time paid for will be
negotiated and refund may be given for hours not fished.
Captain and crew work very hard to put you on the fish that you deserve. Please show them your appreciation with a 15-20% tip at the end of your trip if you enjoyed your time with them. Our prices reflect a 5% cash discount. Once you make a reservation via credit card or cash deposit you have up until 7 business days prior to your trip to cancel and receive a refund. If you cancel your trip less than 7 days before your scheduled trip date then you forfeit your deposit or your credit card on file will be charged $250.00 for a cancellation fee on all bay/jetty trips and $500.00 for all offshore trips. Also, if you book your trip less than 7 days in advance you waive the right to cancel your trip for any reason and receive your deposit back. The captain has the sole responsibility to determine whether the trip will be run due to unsafe weather conditions. If your trip is cancelled due to weather you will be able to reschedule your reservation or receive refund if not able to reschedule. Prices are subject to change.
